		Collaboration McKay Man identifies product design criteria by using its close ties with end users. We also work closely together with OEM clients to ensure they are delivered quality designed and manufactured products that met their expectations.
		Rapid Prototyping Product concepts are designed at our corporate headquarters using the latest 3D design packages and rapid prototyped using state of the art 3D printing technology. This allows the design team, OEM clients and the end user to touch, feel and test a product concept and determine if it meets the product performance criteria. This allows us to meet our primary design goals of form, fit & function early in the design process.
		Production Using state of the art high speed equipment McKay Man develops its own tooling at its main manufacturing facility in record breaking time. Products are manufactured to McKay Man stringent quality procedures. Our manufacturing facilities include seven production lines.
		Quality Assurance Test facilities include an array of high-tech apparatuses, including computer-controlled cable conductivity apparatus, audio and digital frequency apparatus, temperature and humidity testing apparatus, cable flex analysis equipment etc. Our production is closely managed under demanding ISO9001 management practices and are tested in accordance with MIL-STD105,AQL1.0 guidelines. Many of our products are certified to the applicable CE or industrial standards where applicable.
